Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your KINETIC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
